nice idea for a business! can't have a polo team without quality mallets! =] i like how you organized your information and your graphs are neatly drawn and easy to read and interpret. generally, your calculations are correct and your explanations are mostly spot on. there were some areas where you forgot to include units, and the slope of the average cost should be positive, not negative. but other that, great job!
